TUNA SALAD


Ingredients:

  • 100 g Cherry tomatoes,Cut into 2
  • Onions,cut diced
  • 100 g White Peanut boiled
  • 1 bunch Curly lettuce
  • 1 Red bell paper,diced
  • 200 g Fresh Tuna,cut into pieces,biled briefly

Dressing:
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin OLive Oil
  • 3 Glove Garlic,grated
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Parsley
  • 100 ml Sunkist Orange Juice
Method:
  1. Dressing:Mix all engredients,stiring until well blended,sed aside.
  2. Pieces of Tuna and mix all others engredients,flush with the dressing,mix well.
  3. Set in salad bowl,Store in refigerator for 1-2 hour,remove from refigerator and serve.
